Using collage, paint and often incorporating “found” objects and improvised “canvasses” Teilo’s work primarily reflect upon the landscape, and reference Welsh mythology, past and future visions and figures as diverse as Carwyn Jones, Katy Perry and Bendigeidfran. They are placed in the landscape, often layered, covered, vanishing and re-appearing as paint, chalk, oil pastel, and ink layers are added and removed. Teilo has worked on a series of seascapes inspired by the Ceredigion coast and “Gorwel” a poem by Dewi Emrys and is currently working on a new series of paintings inspired by travel and roads. His work is included in collection of the National Library of Wales and have been exhibited in the Contemporary Welsh Art Exhibition in London, Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, Nantes- Sonocraft,  Aberystwyth Arts Centre "Oriel Lockdown" and recently " Salon des Refusés".
