Hen Linell Bell

Look closely at the sky above the horizon and the brooding winter sea and you may make out lines from the famous poem “Gorwel” (Horizon) by one of the greatest 20th poets – Dewi Emrys. Hen Linell Bell ( A far old line) is one description he uses to describe this omnipresent and magical feature of the west coast – a line that is not really there, a terminus with no end. This is the artists attempt to capture that feeling of longing for something that is visible but beyond reach. The card features a cropped image (middle)
